The guest lounge has all the comforts of home with a cozy atmosphere. Waking up to the scenic views of Harder Kulm from my balcony was an lovely experience, and the breakfast buffet offered everything from fresh pastries to comforting scrambled eggs every morning.

The staff was very friendly and helfpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. A good breakfast with good coffee was served every morning.

The communal area was well-equipped, awesome for easy meal preparation and socializing with other guests.

The room size was quite small, making it challenging to fit both ourselves and our luggage comfortably.

We only stayed for one night at this establishment. As read in previous reviews, we stayed in the B&B section, although we have asked for a reservation in the hotel. The room was clean but we were very glad that we only had to stay one night. The breakfast the following morning made up for our dissapointment of the room. Our host was friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Arriving at this so-called 'beautiful' hotel was certainly a letdown, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable beds. I was expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, it never came. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of hot breakfast and flimsy wall insulation ruined it! Pitiful experience overall, what a shame.

Cozy room, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet made my stay enjoyable, with the hotel's great location only a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for day excursions and easy access to nearby attractions.

Great location, only 5 minute walk away from the train station (Interlaken West). Staff is nice, the room was super clean and spacey -- we chose the superior double. You might not have the biggest choice of food for the breakfast, but it was high quality. Free wireless connection working properly, although coverage in the breakfast room is limited.

There is no internal restaurant for lunch / dinner but a Thai restaurant is available on the ground floor just next to the hotel. I don't like asian food anyway. There are no tools to make tea or coffee in the room. There was no shampoo or shower soap.

the hotel is wonderful with large rooms and a great view. the staff were very helpful to us, and gave us good suggestions. i also loved their breakfast; hot croissants!! a must-stay place and i will certainly visit again.

Nice room with air conditioning overlooking the mountains. Location just a few minutes from the station.

Significant communication issues with staff. No coffee options after hours and many amenities were closed off, including the dining area during preparation times. Requests for blankets were met with resistance, and additional charges for children were confusing and contentious.

It was clean, and the people were outstandingly accommodating and pleasant. Everything was simply great...

The room was big. The pantry service was good. We could make tea/coffee and could use the microwave oven. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

The hotel is little difficult to find. It took me more than 40 minutes to reach to the hotel as I went in the wrong direction. The hotel is in the side of platform 1 of the Interlaken West train station.
